For In-stock purchase: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be able to return it or exchange it within 10 days after you receive your purchase. Please note the item has to be in NEW condition with full packaging and original receipts included. The customers are responsible for the shipping fee in order to return/exchange items. 

For hygiene reasons, Earrings are Final Sale / non-returnable.

EXCHANGE FOR ORDERS USING PROMOTIONAL CODES: Customers are responsible to pay full price for the exchanged item(s). The promotional code are only for one-time usage.

In the event that your package gets lost or stolen: Please contact us within 10 days after the delivery date on the tracking information so we can properly assist you. We will not be liable for cases that are not reported within this time period. The customers will be responsible to file a claim with the shipping carrier. 

All requests for refunds and replacements will be decided on a case-to-case basis. 

Please note that after your order has been sent out to the carrier, we no longer have control over the delivery process.

*Silver tarnishing is a normal, natural process that happens over time. Use anti-tarnish silver cloth for weekly maintenance or consult with a jewelry expert.  Tarnishing is not a sign of defect. Check out CARE TIPS.

Our items are 100% handmade with the focus of highlighting the craftsmanship of the Vietnamese Artisans. Their Creativity is important to BẠC. Each piece is One Of A Kind with the perfect “imperfection”. Uneven/coarse texture or polishing marks are the results of handcrafted products.

Depends on the item or the custom’s request, a custom fee might be added to your order. We will let you know via email during our consultation.

For items with carving details: Depends on the selected elements, our Artisans will create the final design. The placement of certain details might vary. The elements are depicted in a traditional Vietnamese, organic and abstract form. Each piece will not look exactly the same.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to get the order started. 50% balance when the order is ready to ship. All special orders are Final Sale and not returnable, not refundable.

If you would like to cancel the order and the production has started: Please email us at your earliest convenience. Depends on each case and how far the production has been going on, a cancellation fee might be applied to reimburse for the materials and the work that been done by our Artisans. The 50% deposit remains non-refundable.

Due to the nature of silver 925/999, tarnish is NOT defect. See CARE TIPSfor more info.

Production time: approximately 1 - 3 weeks + shipping transit from Vietnam.
